Wade Eller is founder and President of Eller Group. Wade sets the business direction and strategy for the company and provides the leadership, resources and direction to accomplish company and client objectives. Before starting Eller Group, Wade spent more than 18 years in construction management and real estate development. Wade successfully managed over 650 MM+ of diversified high-profile projects across the country.
Wade serves as an active and sought after member of various organizations in the construction management industry. He is honored to have been selected for the Advisory Board for the Building Construction Department at Virginia Tech. Wade also serves as a contributing member for the Industry Board for the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech (MLSoC). He has served as Chairman of the Small Business Committee for the award-winning National Capital Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America, the second largest CMAA chapter in the country. He remains an active member of the CMAA, as well as the U.S. Green Building Council and the Society for Military Engineers. In addition to holding the CCM title, Wade is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
